So besides No Doubt this past weekend, I also stopped by the Carol County Farm Museum to see my best friend dresses up in Civil War period clothing, baking pies in a Dutch Oven. And let me tell you, that pie was delish!!!

I’m glad I got some yummy pie, and I’m glad I got to see my best friend dressed up as if she were in the 1800’s. Mostly because she said she would never do that….ah how we sometimes eat our words. LOL… Her fiancé does Civil War re-enacting, and I am glad she is embracing his hobby.

Gerri that pie was so good! I really think my best friend has found her calling...making pie. Some people can make absolutely delicious pies, and some people ...well not so much. She is one of those who can make absolutely delicious pie!
