Looks like the Starlings have booted their babies from the nest. This little fella was hiding behind a shelf in the alcove by the shed.

Check it out! I finally have my new-to-me car, a 2001 Honda Civic LX. It's not real fancy, and I still miss my sunroof. But it runs, and will get me where I need to go for right now.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have been very busy. I accidentally hit another car, and now have to get a new one. No one was hurt, but I feel like an idiot. I know what kind of car I want, but I have to wait for my insurance to settle my claim before I can get a new-to-me-car.
Over the weekend we went Beach Camping on Assateague Island State Park. If you have ever read, Misty of Chincoteague you know that the island has wild ponies roaming about. And we got to see them too. They are not shy. At about dinner time they walked through everyone's campsite checking things out. Later that night we forgot to put away the corn we had grilled, and wouldn't you know they ate it. They also proceeded to raid our site for more food, and open coolers that contained beverages and what not.
I snapped this picture of one very opportunistic horse checking out a table across from our site.
